The Logistics Manager DACH (m|f|d) (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Retail & Professional defines and executes the logistics operational plans in terms of KPI and cost compliance according to plan and ensures compliance to statutory and internal requirements for the physical goods flow, incl. but not limited to taxes, customs, quality, safety & security.

  • Managing key business processes from supplier to customer with full cost and budget responsibility
  • Executing the local operational plan for warehousing and transportation
  • Managing a close collaboration with Demand Planning and Customer Service within the MSU
  • Managing interdependencies in inbound transportation with central logistics and central procurement
  • Maintaining high quality standards and compliance with all service providers
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers in order to optimize customer satisfaction and to maximize efficiency


For this role as our Logistics Manager DACH (m|f|d), we are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Master’s degree, ideally in logistics or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of logistics and customer service experience, ideally within the German FMCG industry in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Knowledge of cost drivers and leverage in Supply Chain
  • Significant experience in management of LSPs, carriers and logistics project implementation
  • Proven team management skills and 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with a results-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
  • Business fluent in German and English and overall excellent communication skills
