To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart area) as soon as possible, we are looking for an Accounting Finance Manager (m/f/d)Your role:Manage the day-to-day delivery of accounting operations across the company and lead, coach and develop the local accounting teamManage and coordinate the operational monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the head of Financial Accounting in accordance with IFRS and German GAAPOversee the general ledger and sub-ledgers, including reconciliations, accruals, provisions, intercompany accounting and balance sheet substantiationPrepare key balance sheet, cash flow and foreign exchange reporting for EMEA Finance and local managementSupport and coordinate the operational preparation of statutory financial statements as well as consolidation and management reporting requirementsExecute and monitor accounting controls within the established governance framework and ensure compliance with finance policies and documentation standardsManage the day-to-day coordination of external and internal audits, including evidence provision, issue tracking and follow-up of agreed actionsAct as a key finance process expert for SAP S/4HANA, particularly across FI/MM/CO and integrated accounting processesSupport project initiatives such as the implementation of digital accounting solutions, e-invoicing and scalable close management practicesMaintain process documentation, control narratives and work instructions in accordance with applicable standards and the governance frameworkYour profile:Extensive professional experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideally gained in an international or matrix organisationDegree in finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable qualification; a recognised accounting qualification is an advantageStrong knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP, with practical experience in monthly closing, statutory accounts, reconciliations, accounting controls and auditsPrevious experience in leading, supervising or coordinating an accounting teamStrong SAP knowledge, preferably SAP S/4HANA with experience in FI/MM/CO; understanding of integrated MM and reporting processes is an advantageAdvanced competence in Microsoft 365, especially MS ExcelGood command of German and EnglishYour perks:Interesting tasks with an attractive employer – recognized as a "Top Employer” by kununu in 2025 and 2026Free parking spaces directly next to the office and good public transport connectionsFresh fruit, water and hot beverages for freeCompany fitness via "EGYM Wellpass”Bicycle leasing via "JobRad”EAP (mental support for employees)Learning platforms such as "GoodHabitz” and "Learn TTI” for your professional developmentSpecial employee benefits via "Family & Friends” and additional corporate benefitAre you interested?Then send your application via our careers page.
