Customer & Logistics Team Lead (w/m/d)

ontoHR is supporting an established international consumer-health company as it strengthens its DACH operations.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will lead customer service, manage external logistics partners and ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will also help build the regional team and shape processes during an important transformation phase.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, build and develop a small Customer Service & Logistics team for the DACH region

• Ensure accurate order processing and excellent customer communication

• Manage 3PL warehouse and transport providers against SLAs, KPIs and costs

• Safeguard inventory accuracy and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics

• Partner with Sales, Planning, Finance and Supply Chain

• Drive performance reporting, process improvement and logistics optimisation

Your profile

• 5+ years’ experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain management

• Proven team leadership and 3PL management experience

• Background in consumer health, FMCG, consumer goods or distribution preferred

• Experience with ERP systems, WMS/TMS and Excel

• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills

• Fluent German and English (both C1 minimum)

• Relevant bachelor’s degree; APICS, CPIM or CSCP certification is advantageous

This is a Mannheim-based hybrid position. Regular on-site presence is essential.
