Objective of the job
To execute administrative activities in supporting and assisting the Sales Director the field sales and clinical support staff, in the most effective and organized manner.
To deliver best in class customer service to existing accounts with a can-do mentality and problem-solving mindset.
To be pro-active in approaching new and existing accounts with the aim to introduce OrbusNeich products and successful cross- and up-selling.
Strategic and operative support on market specific sales, marketing, product management and market research activities.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Frequent contact to existing customers as well as new leads to maintain the close relationship and monitor market developments with the objective to increase OrbusNeich products usage.
• Fill sales funnel and arrange demo appointments for clinical service and field sales staff.
• Introduce new products by phone and email campaigns to reach a large audience simultaneously.
• Manage external and internal contacts and mail; execute the set objectives.
• Establish and maintain appropriate files, ensure that formal company procedures are followed and adequately documented. Provide appropriate information regarding those procedures to Management Team.
• Manage the correspondence regarding the Sales & Marketing. Handle telephone calls and emails independently in absence; take care of calendar activities as a consequence.
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for Sales Director, i.e. flights and
hotels. Manage and control the use of the Travel Application Forms for
travelling, execute the control of invoices/expenses regarding travelling, make
sure that the Travel Policy is being followed.
• Coordinate all secretarial activities for the internal Sales Management Team
Meetings.
• Plan, organize, manage and control the activities essential to the effective
operation.
• See to it that all activities at the office are functioning also in case of absence
of the Sales Director.
• Plan, coordinate and execute in close collaboration with Sales Director and the
international Marketing department, market-specific sales and promotional
activities, such as product launches, phone and email marketing, translation of
brochures, development of marketing material.
• Assist other team members in dedicated administrative activities, such as offer
and order management, communication with customers regarding e.g.
invoicing, delivery status etc.
• Plan training activities, symposia and convention participation in Germany.
• Contribute to product management and market research activities.
Requested profile
• Education level university degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus; however, we are open to both experienced professionals and motivated starters with the right mindset and willingness to learn.
• Excellent understanding of German and English language, written as well as
verbal.
• Good working experience with Windows Microsoft. Experience with systems
like Exact preferred.
• Well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills (problem solving,
listening, clarifying, procedures).
• Good communication and negotiation skills are requested.
