Your Mission with us

For our new venture within the FUTRUE Group, we are immediately seeking a Director Brain-Computer Interface (m/f/d) to develop the leading generation of brain-computer interfaces with us by 2030.

We aim to restore mobility to the paralyzed, sight to the blind, and a voice to the mute, with the goal of fundamentally expanding the potential of the human brain.

Your Tasks

• You develop groundbreaking product ideas and take full responsibility for their implementation.
• You lead international development teams and at the same time are responsible for the budgets and timelines of several development projects.
• You build manufacturing facilities in which the world's best talent develops the most advanced brain-computer interfaces.

Your Profile

• You are eager to help shape the next major innovation in HealthTech in a dynamic environment with fast decision-making.
• You have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. A background in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry is not required.
• You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a similarly dynamic environment.
• You have excellent English skills (at least C1).
