eCommerce Quality Analyst

TELUS Digital is looking for temporary eCommerce Quality Analysts to join our team in Poland!RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct extensive reviews a wide variety of online retailers and collect a range of detailed data for assigned projects
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on policy violations to identify trends and opportunities to improve reviews
• Responsible for completing website audits and data collection in a timely manner with error free execution
• Perform data quality assurance checks for assigned projects
• Measure progress on all assigned projects. Manage communication of progress with the core team and all stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary, providing transparency and end-to-end coordination of deliverables.
• Daily maintenance and updates of data on project trackers
• Attendance and participation in regular and ad hoc meetings and training, as necessary
• Manage emails in multiple accounts
• Communicate regularly with team for calibration and alignment
• Other duties as assigned by leadership team

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years minimum experience in data collection, data review, content moderation
• Full time availability to work in office 40 hours/week
• High degree of expertise with Internet browsing, email, G Suite/Microsoft applications
• Fluency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online communities
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Background check may be required
• Valid NFC enabled identification document is a requirement
• AI LOB experience is considered a plus
