Logistics Network Design Manager

We are looking for a Logistics Network Design Manager combining strong supply chain expertise, commercial understanding, sourcing capabilities and solution-design skills.

The role has two main areas of responsibility:

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Supplier Network: Roll out sourcing strategies, map and identify potential logistics partners, engage and qualify suppliers, manage scoring and selection, lead negotiations and own Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

• Solution Design: Develop commercially attractive and operationally viable logistics solutions based on client requirements, including network, transportation and supplier concepts.

Ideal Profile

• Several years of experience in supply chain and logistics.

• Strong commercial and analytical understanding.

• Experience in sourcing, supplier management and/or logistics solution design.

• Fluent English.

• Comfortable working with international vendors and colleagues across different cultures and geographies.

• Fluent in AI and digital tools, with a mindset of using technology to improve how we work.

• Open-minded, curious and proactive.

• Strong team player and collaborator.

• Positive, pragmatic and able to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
