## Your key responsibilities: - End-to-End Project Management & Process Development: Prepare, manage, and coordinate RD&E projects from initial recipe development and production process design to final validation, ensuring seamless implementation within production environments. - Collaboration: Lead projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party suppliers, universities, and research institutes across the full BMI Group. - Technical Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, as well as detailed product and process specifications derived from research results. - Laboratory Leadership: Conduct and oversee laboratory work related to R&D projects, including the rigorous validation of applications. - Innovation & Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, professional literature, and patents to positively influence development. Represent BMI at trade fairs and conferences while consulting with internal sales teams (PLG), suppliers, and customers. ## Your Profile: - Educational Background: University degree in Chemistry, Technical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a PhD. Proven expert knowledge and extensive experience in the field of waterproofing technology is a plus, but not mandatory. - Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of the synthetic membrane waterproofing business and practical experience in the application of synthetic membranes. - Technical Passion: A strong drive to acquire and deepen knowledge in synthetic technologies, specifically PVC (monomeric and polymeric) and TPO. - Partner Management: Demonstrated experience working effectively with external partners and international suppliers. - Language Skills: Fluent in English (the primary language for group-wide project discussion). - Core Competencies: Strong project management and organizational skills. Analytical problem-solving ability and leadership qualities.
