The anticipated salary grades are:Global Brand Manager: pay grade E 10/6 K to E 12/6 K, depending on qualifications and professional experienceSenior Global Brand Manager: pay grade E 13 KThe monthly gross salary for a full-time position (39.5 hours / week) ranges from approximately 5.422 € (E 10/6 K) to 6.819 € (E 13 K), depending on the applicable pay grade. In addition, employees may be eligible for an above-tariff allowance, a performance-related bonus linked to target achievement, and further benefits in accordance with company policies.Compensation – Team Lead: This position is compensated outside the scope of the collective bargaining agreement. The starting salary is determined based on a current market benchmark and the candidate's profile and is expected to range between 96.000 € and 105.000 € gross salary per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
