Your Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve a global enterprise server infrastructure, with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Build strategic global operations architecture with external and internal resources. Implement and maintain Linux and server security, system hardening, vulnerability management, and protection against zero-day exploits. Manage and support dedicated customer lab environments and facilities. Work closely with global IT and security teams across Europe, the US, Japan, and China. International travel is occasionally required. Maintain architecture documentation, operational processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your Qualifications A degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience Language: Professional proficiency in German and English with excellent communication skills Travel (10%): Visits of our German sites are essential as well as international travel (USA, Japan) is required.
