You coordinate and optimize production processes and contribute to a safe working environment. You are also responsible for ensuring that all inspections and maintenance activities are carried out on schedule. Shift responsibility for the maintenance team as well as all automated sorting and conveyor systems, industrial trucks, and building systems. Ensuring the highest possible availability of all systems and implementing modern maintenance approaches such as Condition Based Maintenance (CBM). Promoting the continuous development of all team members in hard and soft skills to support the growth of Amazon Operations. Leading and supporting technical greenfield and brownfield projects. Planning and adherence to the maintenance budget for the site. Exciting tasks in an expanding, innovative, and international environment.
