The Account Manager for GRIDX Tenants sits within the Marketing & Communications department. You are the communications and marketing lead for the tenant portfolio, developing and executing the campaigns, content, and activations that put GRIDX’s brands in front of the right audiences.

Day-to-day tenant relations and leasing are handled by the tenant relationship team. Your focus is on making tenants visible, desirable, and commercially successful through impactful marketing within the wider GRIDX ecosystem.

ROLE PURPOSE

You translate the stories of GRIDX’s tenants into compelling communications. You plan and execute tenant-focused campaigns across all channels, social, digital, editorial, on-site, and email, and build integrated activation programmes that connect tenant launches, milestones, and promotions to GRIDX’s wider audience.

You are proactive, campaign-minded, and deeply familiar with what makes brands resonate with their audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tenant Communications Planning

  • Build and manage a rolling tenant communications calendar covering launches, seasonal campaigns, brand milestones, and promotional moments.
  • Define communication strategies for each activation, including channel mix, messaging, creative direction, timeline, and KPIs.
  • Align tenant activity with GRIDX’s wider content and events calendar to ensure coherence and synergies.
  • Proactively brief tenants on upcoming communication opportunities to maximise their visibility within the destination.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns for tenant launches, seasonal promotions, exclusive drops, and brand partnerships — from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
  • Write campaign copy across multiple formats: social captions, email subject lines, website features, digital screens, and on-site signage.
  • Coordinate with Production and Digital teams to ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets and brand consistency.
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives with tenant teams, aligning GRIDX’s reach with their own channels.
  • Manage influencer and creator collaborations linked to tenant activations, openings, and key brand moments.

Content & Editorial

  • Produce and commission tenant-focused content across GRIDX channels: social media, reels, stories, magazine features, and website articles.
  • Identify and develop tenant stories that strengthen GRIDX’s brand narrative: openings, behind-the-scenes content, founder interviews, and product highlights.
  • Ensure consistent tenant visibility across all channels in line with their commercial importance.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Content & Concept to integrate tenant content into the wider editorial strategy.

New Tenant Launch Communications

  • Lead communication strategies for all new tenant openings, building awareness, anticipation, and footfall from day one.
  • Develop launch concepts in collaboration with tenants, defining messaging, channel strategy, and content deliverables.
  • Ensure full visibility of new tenants across all GRIDX channels: social, website, email, on-site, and press where relevant.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report on tenant campaign performance: reach, engagement, email performance, digital ads, and website traffic.
  • Present regular updates and campaign results to the Head of Marketing & Communications.
  • Use performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and content strategy.

Internal Coordination

  • Act as the main interface between Marketing & Communications and the tenant relations team, ensuring alignment on upcoming openings and changes.
  • Collaborate with the Events Account Manager to identify cross-promotion opportunities between tenant activations and events.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content roles.
  • Strong experience in multi-channel campaign execution (digital + physical).
  • Experience working with brands or retail partners is a strong advantage.

Skills & Attributes

  • Campaign-minded with strong storytelling ability.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English and French.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Strong cultural awareness and understanding of lifestyle audiences.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CMS/email tools, and basic content workflows.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • German is an asset.
