Assistant, Technical Documentation (m/f/d)Product Management

Our Product Management Department is responsible for defining the product system strategy, managing the systems portfolio, and overseeing the entire product life cycle. In addition, we define customer requirements to ensure that MED-EL products are continuously aligned with user needs and market demands.

Your Tasks

• Create, maintain, and submit technical documentation for the Product Management Department
• Coordinate and support product-related processes and workflows
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment between internal MED-EL stakeholders across different functions
• Organize, prepare and support presentations and training sessions for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve common goals efficiently

Your Profile

• Completed higher-level commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL)
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Very good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Structured and independent working style
• Team-oriented personality with strong collaboration and communication skills
