Associate Director, Consulting

Responsibilities

• Overseeing consulting engagements
• Contributing to budgeting, scoping, and designing project roadmaps
• Creating high-quality project work-products/deliverables
• Building credibility with client management-level staff
• Developing engagement hypotheses based on client context
• Providing timely, constructive feedback on projects
• Leveraging knowledge of AI to identify opportunities
• Assisting in client interviews and workshops
• Meeting utilization and sales targets
• Participating in hiring new associates
• Mentoring junior associates

Requirements

• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of extensive experience in ERP Cloud Consulting within Oracle, Workday, or SAP
• Understanding of finance business capabilities
• Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery
• Sales experience is a plus
• Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a workstream lead preferred
• Experience working with multiple IT or Technology solutions
• Experience working with State and Local Government clientsConsistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams
• Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and creative development of solutions
• Experience leading an ERP Cloud workstream
• Successful completion of at least one full life cycle ERP Cloud implementation (Oracle, Workday, or SAP)
