We are looking for an experienced Brand Director (gn) at More Nutritionto shape the future of one of the most exciting brands in the health, fitness, and nutrition space.

In this role, you will own the brand strategy, positioning, and communication ecosystem across all categories, channels, and markets. You will act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint while driving awareness, consideration, and long‐term brand equity.

You combine strategic brand leadership with hands‐on execution. You know how to build iconic consumer brands, develop impactful communication platforms, and lead cross‐functional teams to deliver outstanding business results.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular (bi-weekly) on‐site collaboration at our Hamburg headquarters.

Your Mission

  • You define and evolve our brand positioning, brand architecture, visual identity, and communication strategy across all categories, channels, and markets
  • You act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence across campaigns, content, packaging, digital experiences, and consumer touchpoints
  • You lead the development of integrated communication platforms and brand campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and long‐term brand equity
  • You shape consumer‐centric communication strategies by defining target audiences, key messages, activation plans, and channel‐specific approaches
  • You oversee the evolution of our visual identity and packaging ecosystem, ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand experience across the portfolio
  • You lead and develop internal creative and brand teams while managing external agencies and production partners to deliver best‐in‐class creative work
  • You collaborate closely with Product, DTC, International, and Local Marketing teams to create seamless consumer journeys and integrated brand experiences
  • You own brand performance tracking, campaign effectiveness measurement, and marketing investment allocation to maximize business impact and ROI
  • You speak German and English fluently

Your Qualifications

  • You bring 10+ years of international brand marketing experience, with direct multi‐market responsibility on a major FMCG brand—food, beverage, beauty, or health/personal care
  • You have owned marketing budgets of €100M+ and have a proven track record of building and scaling consumer brands through distinctive positioning—not just executing within a framework set by others
  • You have led the development of brand platforms, communication architectures, and integrated campaigns from the ground up—mass media first, with seamless integration of digital, influencer, and e‐commerce across masterbrand and product categories
  • You have director‐level ownership of brand redesigns, visual identity systems, and packaging strategies, with a strong eye for creative consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • You have successfully led both in‐house creative teams and external agencies, maintaining high standards while driving executional excellence in fast‐moving environments
  • You thrive in entrepreneurial, high‐growth settings and combine sharp strategic thinking with a pragmatic, low‐ego, action‐oriented leadership style
  • You speak German and English fluently
