We are seeking a seasoned brand strategy director with pharmaceutical experience to lead omnichannel HCP marketing and strategy execution from day one.

A strategic thinker who blends rigorous analysis with practical execution, translating complex business challenges into clear brand direction that inspires internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‐to‐day strategic work across HCP workstreams, ensuring briefs and deliverables are clear, cohesive, and strategically robust.
- Translate high‐level brand strategy into actionable guidance for creative development and maintain alignment from strategy through execution.
- Frame thinking in the proper context and isolate real business problems that brand and communication can address.
- Present, defend, and evolve strategic recommendations in real time as a trusted strategic advisor to clients.
- Lead development of key strategic outputs, including audience insights and messaging frameworks.
- Proactively propose strategies to help clients achieve goals by studying challenges, understanding the category and customers, and proposing business‐changing solutions.
- Collaborate with the full team to ensure creative, engagement and content solutions stay on strategy and are properly integrated within larger marketing programs.
- Act as a catalyst for better ideas, bringing people and disciplines together to create the most effective work for the brand and audiences.

Here’s What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of brand strategy or comparable agency experience.
- 5+ years strong creative agency experience, including work in non‐pharma categories such as CPG.
- HCP experience.
- Strong client‐fac‐ing presentation and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross‐functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing positioning, messaging, customer journeys, and creative briefs.
- Must work a schedule aligned with Eastern or Central Standard Time.
- Some travel may be required based on business and client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
