Responsibilities
- Build, qualify, and manage a D&E S pipeline aligned with CACI’s strategic growth priorities focused on Intelligence Community Enterprise IT Operations and Agile Transformation.
- Identify and pursue opportunities tied to enterprise IT operations, managed services, Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, cloud operations, ITSM, application operations, data platforms, secure infrastructure, and mission support services.
- Support go‐to‐market strategies, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, partner alignment, solution positioning, and capture planning.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships across Intelligence Community customers, mission partners, industry partners, OEMs, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with industry partners and internal sectors to support teaming strategies and differentiated capture plans.
- Prepare customer account updates, opportunity briefs, pipeline reports, and capture materials to support Sector and Corporate decision‐making.
- Support Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership.
- Track, assess, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activity within CACI’s internal systems.
- Work across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to support compliant and compelling proposals.
- Support enterprise BD initiatives that improve pipeline discipline, reduce bottlenecks, and strengthen alignment across IC pursuits.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or growth experience supporting Federal Government or Intelligence Community technology opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Enterprise IT Operations, Agile Transformation, enterprise IT, managed services, cloud operations, application operations, DevSecOps, or digital modernization opportunities.
- Understanding of Intelligence Community missions, acquisition environments, contract vehicles, customer priorities, and security requirements.
- Experience supporting customer engagement strategies, pipeline plans, capture strategies, partner ecosystems, and opportunity qualification plans.
- Ability to work across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams.
- Active Top Secret clearance or agency equivalent required.
Desired
- 8+ years of Business Development or capture experience supporting enterprise IT, mission IT, operations, or modernization programs.
- Existing customer relationships across the Intelligence Community.
- Experience with Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, cloud operations, ITSM, application operations, data platforms, cybersecurity, secure infrastructure, enterprise operations, or managed services.
- Experience pursuing opportunities through major IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order vehicles.
- Active TS/SCI, TS/SCI with Polygraph, or current agency‐equivalent clearance.
- Located in the Greater Virginia / National Capital Region area.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $98,500-$206,800
