CFO

Responsibilities

• Lead a significant equity raise and manage ongoing investor relations
• Build and oversee international financial structures across multiple jurisdictions
• Develop financial models, manage P&L, and drive capital allocation strategy
• Partner with the executive team on data-driven decisions and ROI analysis
• Lead Board-level reporting on performance, risk, and capital structure

Requirements

• 12+ years in financial leadership
• 5+ years as CFO or VP Finance
• Background in luxury hospitality, real estate private equity, or high-growth tech
• Proven track record closing large funding rounds
• Experience with cross-border tax and legal structures
• CPA or MBA in Finance preferred
