SciNova are super excited to be partnered alongside a start-up who are at the forefront of pioneering bioanalytical animal test-free chemical testing and technology. This is an ultra rare opportunity to working side by side with the founding team to strategically and commercially lead/drive the company through their next phase of growth. This is a late co-founder role so having an entrepreneurial, 'roll-up-your sleeves' mindset is absolutely crucial.

Role responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth plan.
• Lead, develop and grow both the operational and scientific teams.
• Oversee operations, ensuring high-quality bioanalytical services and regulatory compliance (GLP).
• Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and investor relations.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, partnerships and licensing agreements.

Role requirements:

• PhD or MSc educated (minimum) in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology etc.
• Experienced c-suite or senior executive with a proven track record of successfully scaling a business.
• Previous experience working in Agriscience, Pharma or a CRO is essential.
• Experience with fundraising and investor relations is desirable.
• Strong understanding of GLP regulations is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• You must posses an entrepreneurial, agile and open-minded mindset.
• Fluent German and English.
