Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Leading an international finance team with a shared service set‐up.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting for all global sites.
• Manage and optimise capital structure, debt and equity financing to support the company’s growth initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks and regulatory authorities in different regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Extensive experience in restructuring finance departments and implementing financial process improvements on a global scale.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent strategic planning, financial analysis and risk management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborate with senior executives and cross‐functional teams.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
