Chuyên Viên Đào Tạo - Dự Án Tiếng Nhật (Open For Teacher/Translator)

Description

• Xây dựng và triển khai các kế hoạch, chương trình đào tạo cho dự án tiếng Nhật.
• Thiết kế, kiểm tra và cải tiến phương pháp đào tạo.
• Tổ chức đào tạo và hỗ trợ onboarding cho nhân viên mới.
• Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả học tập và hiệu suất của nhân viên.
• Thực hiện Training Needs Analysis (TNA) để xác định nhu cầu đào tạo.
• Quản lý và lưu trữ dữ liệu các buổi đào tạo.

Yêu cầu

• Tiếng Nhật tốt (tương đương N2 trở lên)
• Tiếng Anh B2
• Có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy/đào tạo hoặc biên phiên dịch là lợi thế
• Có kinh nghiệm
• Chăm sóc khách hàng là lợi thế Kỹ năng truyền đạt, trình bày tốt
• Có khả năng thiết kế tài liệu đào tạo cơ bản
