A growing international CRO is seeking experienced Clinical Project Managers to join its Clinical Operations team. Opportunities are available at both Project Manager II and Senior Project Manager level for candidates with experience managing Phase I-III clinical trials.
The successful candidates will be responsible for leading global and multi-centre studies, serving as the primary sponsor contact, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the study lifecycle
- Lead study start-up, planning, execution, monitoring and close-out activities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics and vendors
- Identify and manage study risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure studies remain inspection and audit ready
- Monitor recruitment performance and study progress
- Lead client meetings and provide project status updates
- Support quality management activities and drive operational excellence
Project Manager II Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience within clinical research
- Minimum 3 years' Clinical Project Management experience
- Experience managing Phase I-III clinical trials
- Experience in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulations
- Fluent English communication skills
Senior Project Manager Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' clinical research experience
- Minimum 5 years leading multi-centre Phase II-III clinical trials
- Strong Dermatology experience required
- Rheumatology experience advantageous
- Experience managing global studies and complex project budgets
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulations
- Fluent English communication skills
