Cloud Engineer (m/f)

Experis Luxembourg is currently seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (m/f) to join and strengthen our team in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable cloud solutions
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize performance and ensure application availability
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and management of cloud resources
• Ensure data and system security by implementing best practices and actively monitoring threats
• Develop backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
• Participate in cost analysis and cloud resource optimization
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure performance and reliability
• Identify and implement improvements to system performance, scalability, and efficiency

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficiency with cloud services: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge in virtualization with VMware, a previous experience in a VMware Service Provider environment is an asset
• Strong expertise in Linux or/and Windows systems
• Have a basic understanding of SAN/NAS technologies
• Strong automation skills with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents
• Deep understanding of cloud security concepts and best practices
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Excellent communication skills in English and in French
