Responsibilities

  • Practice Leadership & Practice Optics (Average 10 Hours per Week): Lead peer interviews and clinical evaluations for incoming psychiatric and advanced practice nursing candidates.
  • Performance Accountability & Concerns: Monitor clinical documentation timelines, quality benchmarks, and performance standards within the psychiatric network.
  • Client Complaints & Escalations: Act as the primary clinical point of contact for complex client complaints or quality‐of‐care disputes.
  • Clinical Coverage: Provide secondary medication reviews and refill support during peak volume, clinician time‐off, or offboarding transitions.
  • Deliver high‐quality psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth.
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner to align with weekly payment tracking.
  • Manage complex, inter‐session medication overrides, pharmacy issues, and urgent clinical escalations.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a specialty in Psychiatry.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Oregon (or willingness to obtain via interstate compact/expedited pathways).
  • Active, unrestricted DEA registration and Prescription Monitoring Program (PDMP) access.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing behavioral health care using evidence‐based practices.
  • Comfort and mastery navigating a streamlined, high‐efficiency outpatient clinical schedule.
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state for contracting (currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ, or DE).
  • Successful completion of a background check.
