The Director of Product, Channel Infrastructure and Mobile will lead shared infrastructure for all channels, with deep ownership of email, push, and in-app messaging. This leader will advance robust, global infrastructure and manage the full product lifecycle, focusing on mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android, and SDKs). You will own the strategic roadmap and collaborate across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful customer solutions.

How You’ll Make a Difference
- Define, develop, and execute a strategic roadmap for Klaviyo's messaging platforms to enhance scalability and performance across multiple channels.
- Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and implement new features in mobile ecosystems, increasing value proposition for iOS and Android.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring product offerings meet high-quality standards and align with customer expectations.
- Establish key performance metrics for the channel infrastructure and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions that propel performance improvements.
- Cultivate relationships with major platform partners and stakeholders to strengthen Klaviyo's market position and enhance collaborative innovation.
- Manage a team of product managers, providing mentorship to develop their skills and align their work with strategic goals.
- Continuously assess market trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for new channel features or enhancements.
- Enhance communication processes to coordinate and unify efforts across global teams, ensuring seamless integration of channel and mobile functionalities.
- Champion an agile development approach to bring flexibility and adaptability to product development processes.
- Facilitate feedback loops with customers to ensure product developments resonate with end-user needs.
- Implement rigorous testing methodologies to ensure product reliability, making each channel release dependable and meeting enterprise-grade standards.
- Advocate for a customer‐centric approach in all development initiatives, ensuring channels deliver personalized and impactful experiences.
Who You Are
- At least 3+ years of direct management experience and 10 years of product management, scaling messaging platforms like email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and mobile push notifications.
- Robust understanding of iOS, Android, and mobile SDK ecosystems, enabling informed strategic decisions.
- Expert at cross‐functional leadership, bringing together engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Strong data‐driven mindset, employing analytics effectively to monitor success metrics and iterate product strategies.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
- Visionary leader capable of inspiring and mentoring teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strategic acumen backed by hands‐on experience in end‐to‐end product development lifecycles.
- Thrives in fast‐paced, dynamic environments, delivering results in high‐pressure situations.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job‐related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign‐on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$224,000 — $336,000 USD
This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
