Role Overview

Director of Global Account Management – responsible for building and scaling a high‐performing global account management organization, driving revenue retention and expansion growth, and serving as the executive voice for key enterprise client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the Account Management Team and portfolio of key enterprise clients across global markets. Build and scale the organization to drive revenue retention and expansion. Represent the executive level of customer relationships.

Qualifications

Experienced and strategic leader in account management. Demonstrated success in scaling teams and driving revenue growth in a global setting.
