Director, Solution Sales – Large & Mid Pharma Segment Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Sellers focused on AIM XR, POCN, and Email engagement solutions for Large & Mid Pharma clients.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Large and Mid-Sized Pharma segments, incorporating enterprise-level insights, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Partner closely with product, analytics, and delivery teams to guide solution enhancements, enterprise feature requirements, and segment‐specific needs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to large pharma brand, omnichannel, marketing, and commercial leadership, translating objectives into actionable engagement strategies.
  • Build strong, trust‐based relationships with senior‐level client executives, co‐creating scalable omnichannel approaches and enhancing long‐term value.
  • Navigate complex, global organizational structures, identifying decision makers, influencers, and cross‐functional stakeholders within large pharma ecosystems.
  • Drive revenue growth across the IQVIA Digital portfolio, with an emphasis on omnichannel execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate across matrixed internal teams to ensure integrated, seamless delivery and consistent customer experience.
  • Stay current on digital engagement trends, data and audience innovations, privacy‐enhanced solutions, and the evolving HCP landscape.
  • Represent IQVIA Digital at senior leadership meetings and industry forums, elevating brand presence and shaping market perception.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, enterprise rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data‐driven healthcare solutions, with strong exposure to Large or Mid‐Sized Pharma.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise pharma structures, brand planning, omnichannel marketing, and cross‐functional commercial operations.
  • Experience selling, deploying, or scaling digital engagement, audience targeting, enterprise data, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high‐performing commercial team.
  • Exceptional communication and executive‐level presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship‐building capabilities with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate market and customer needs into scalable enterprise solutions.
