• Active CPA, JD with tax LLM, or MST.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience.
• Hands-on technical range across federal positions.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD

• Prior experience preparing a company for its first external audit and S-1 / IPO.
• SaaS or AI-business tax experience.
