Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

ATN is partnered with a globally recognised engineering and digital service provider to the automotive industry in its search for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

As the business continues to scale, this role will provide high-level support to the CEO, ensuring their time, priorities, and engagements are managed with precision, discretion, and strategic judgement, while acting as a trusted point of contact across the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the CEO's calendar, prioritising and coordinating meetings, travel, and engagements across time zones
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Preparing briefing materials, presentations, and reports ahead of key meetings and board engagements
  • Managing complex international travel itineraries with minimal oversight
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Coordinating cross-functional priorities on behalf of the CEO, liaising with senior leadership as needed
  • Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues before they reach the CEO's desk

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leadership, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or automotive environments
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and OEM contacts
  • High level of discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential matters
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent German, and Fluent English speaker
