• Dispatching of truck units (tautliners) in national long-distance transport
• Awarding of transport contracts to freight carriers
• Accepting, recording, processing and coordinating customer orders
• Planning, monitoring and optimization of customer orders
• Function as the central contact person for our customers and the truck pilots (m/f/d) assigned to you
• Monitoring of working hours and driving and rest time regulations

Required

• Professional experience as a freight forwarding agent, freight forwarding clerk, dispatcher
• Career changers with experience in logistics, dispatching or transport are welcome
• Initial professional experience in the dispatching of long-distance trucks and in the field of logistics and freight forwarding
• Negotiation skills & communication skills

• organizational skills
• fluent German skills and ideally another foreign language (Polish/English)
