GLOBAL DIRECTOR SALES (M/F/D)

Business Division: Textile Solutions

Contract: full-time/ permanent

Location: Tübingen

Start date: as soon as possible, according to agreement

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and drive the global strategic sales direction in alignment with business division objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Provide actionable insights on regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Drive global sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion across all regions together with the Regional Heads of Sales
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global sales organization, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation
• Manage and optimise global sales channels, key account activities, and strategic customer relationships
• Establish KPIs, monitor sales performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure achievement of EBIT and margin targets while managing sales-related budgets and costs
• Globally align priorities and activities and act as the key representative of the Business Division's sales organization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration or Chemical/Technical background with strong commercial knowledge
• Extensive international leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the specialty chemicals industry
• Solid leadership experience and track record in implementing growth strategies, global sales management, and key account development
• Strong business and financial acumen with responsibility for profitability, EBIT, and margin performance
• Experience operating successfully in an international matrix organization with a hands‐on and entrepreneurial mindset
• Leadership skills with a focus on empowerment through effective communication tailored to people, situations, and desired outcomes
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a results-oriented approach
• Business fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to act confidently across different hierarchy levels
• Willingness to travel on business internationally
