Global Industry Director, Energy

We are seeking an experienced Global Industry Director– Energy to lead IFS’s global strategy, positioning, and market impact within the Energy sector. The role spans key Energy segments, including Mining, Oil & Gas, and asset-intensive production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global Energy industry strategy.
• Act as a thought leader and craft executive value propositions.
• Engage in Tier1 opportunities and lead sales plays and GTM initiatives.
• Partner with Product and R&D, ensuring messaging coherence and market insight for M&A.
• Build relationships with industry partners and orchestrate cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Partners.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of Energy industry experience.
• Proven strategic or executive experience.
• Deep understanding of Energy models and digital transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen, influence skills, executive communication, and ability to travel.

Benefits
