WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTWe are looking for a Global Process Owner Tax to lead tax operations across the operating division. You drive the global governance of tax processes, ensuring compliance and alignment across the organisation. The position reports directly to the Vice President Tax of the operating division. * You standardize and continuously improve global tax processes, driving efficiency and best practices. * In addition, you define global process standards, documentation requirements and governance frameworks. * You ensure alignment between operational tax processes and the Corporate Tax strategy. * In collaboration with Tax Governance and IT, you drive the adoption of tax technologies and digital solutions. * You lead transformation initiatives and support effective change management across the organization. * You collaborate with key stakeholders and foster tax process expertise across the organization.
