Your Profile

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or comparable technical background combined with strong business knowledge
• Proven leadership experience in international IT or application management, preferably within manufacturing or automotive
• Extensive experience with ERP systems (Comarch, SAP, or similar), EDI, and business process harmonization
• Track record in leading global rollouts, including Business One and comparable enterprise systems
• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands on approach
• Excellent leadership, communication and change management skills
• High degree of international mobility and willingness to travel
• Fluent English, Polish and German are an advantage

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Applications team and key users across all sites
• Establish clear governance structures and performance standards for the global ERP and EDI landscape
• Own the harmonization of Comarch ERP rollouts and EDI projects worldwide
• Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the existing Business One rollout
• Define and implement global KPIs and reporting systems for application performance
• Establish and lead standardization of processes, master data, and best practices
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across all application systems
