What You Will Be Doing
- Lead execution of the OneRICOH EMEA IT strategy across the DACH region, aligning IT services, platforms, and transformation initiatives with business objectives
- Act as the primary interface between DACH leadership and the EMEA IT organization, driving strong business engagement and demand management
- Define and own regional IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology roadmaps in line with global standards
- Oversee delivery of complex IT programmes through matrix teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Govern enterprise platforms and services, including cloud, ERP, CRM, CPQ, and SCM environments
- Ensure robust cyber security, data, AI governance, and compliance, balancing innovation speed with stability and risk management
- Enable business growth, operational excellence, and improved customer experience through effective IT solutions
- Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing IT leadership and teams across the region
- Manage senior stakeholders, negotiating priorities and partnering cross-functionally to deliver shared business outcomes
You will ideally have
- Fluency in English and good German
- Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise IT and large-scale IT transformation
- Deep understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and Enterprise Service Management principles
- Demonstrated success in leading major IT transformation programmes in multinational environments
- Strong experience building and leading cross-functional teams in complex, high-growth, and ambiguous contexts
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing IT services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
