Head of IT Tower - Cloud, Infrastructure & Security (m/f/x)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive our global Cloud and Infrastructure organization within Enterprise Platforms & Service Towers. The role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, governance, operations, and transformation of our global cloud and infrastructure capabilities. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, security-by-design, and continuous modernization while acting as a strategic partner to business and technology leadership.

Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Provide excellent end user experience.
• Define and execute the global Cloud & Infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Own the global infrastructure and security service portfolio and operating model.
• Lead cloud transformation and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
• Ensure security by design and work closely with our security organisation.
• Define global technology and governance frameworks.
• Build and manage strategic technology vendor partnerships.
• Lead globally distributed technology and managed service providers.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Drive automation, AIOps and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and continuously evolve a modern service-oriented operating model.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, Security or Technology Operations leadership.
• Strong experience managing global infrastructure organisations.
• Proven track record in large-scale modernisation and transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity operating models.
• Strong financial and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational capabilities.
