Our client is a well‐established Swiss private bank in the mid‐market segment, with around CHF 10 billion in assets under management. In addition to traditional banking services for SMEs and wealth management for HNWIs, the bank also offers innovative pension solutions for occupational and private retirement provision.

This is a succession position. The position of Head of Marketing & Communications is to be filled. You will lead a small team as well as external service providers. You will be fully responsible for redefining the marketing strategy and its implementation.

Scope of work
- This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys working from strategy to practical implementation. You won't just be influencing through PowerPoint, you'll be implementing.

- Overall responsibility for process quality assurance, optimisation and digitalisation
- Trend analysis and recommendations, monitoring
- Motivating and leading the MARCOM team
- Budget planning and management
Requirements Profile
- Marketing and communications professional in the Swiss banking sector
- First management experience, at least 3 years
- Experience in managing agencies (marketing & PR) as a client
- Experience in cultural marketing
- Experience in omni‐channel marketing, B2B and B2C demand management
- Social media and marketing automation experience
- Stakeholder management with product management, C‐level, board and internal clients
- Requirements and change management
- Solid education, university or FH degree
