About the Role

As our Head of Talent Acquisition and Development (m/f/x), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business through people. You will drive innovative programs that attract top talent, strengthen our employer brand, and create development experiences that help our employees perform at their best. Working closely with senior leaders, you will influence business outcomes by building a high‐performing, engaged, and future‐ready workforce. This is an opportunity to combine strategic vision with hands‐on work while leading talented teams across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development.

Your Playing Field

• You will define and execute talent acquisition and development strategies that support business growth and long‐term success.
• You will lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development.
• You will elevate our employer brand and employee value proposition to attract high‐calibre talent across markets.
• You will use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and talent outcomes.
• You will partner to identify critical skills gaps and build development initiatives that prepare our teams for the future.
• You will build strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance on talent‐related decisions.
• You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within your teams.
• You will ensure compliance, operational excellence, and effective budget management across all talent initiatives.

Which Skills You Should Bring to the Pitch

• Leadership Experience. You bring at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, or a related HR function, including significant people leadership responsibility.
• Strategic Thinking. You have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful talent acquisition and development strategies.
• People Leadership. You have experience leading, mentoring, and developing high‐performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Stakeholder Management. You confidently influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross‐functional stakeholders.
• Talent Expertise. You possess strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, assessment practices, employer branding, and employee development programmes.
• Data Analysis. You use metrics and insights to drive decisions, measure success, and continuously improve outcomes.
• Project Management. You can successfully lead complex initiatives while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• HR Knowledge. You have a solid understanding of HR best practices and relevant employment legislation, most important in the German HR and Talent Market.
• Communication Skills. You communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences at all levels of an organisation.
• Language skills. You are fluent in spoken and written English and German.
