Cooperation Formats1. Business Partner / Corporate Partner

We are looking for a lawyer who will:

• Become part of the strategic development of Blue Card Agency
• Lead the legal division and a team of 10 experts
• Manage and coordinate legal cases
• Contribute to building internal processes and legal strategy

A partnership format with equity participation in Blue Card Agency is possible.

2. Of Counsel / Freelance Cooperation

We are looking for an independent lawyer in close, ongoing collaboration with BCA. We are ready to provide:

• A steady stream of legal clients
• Migration and immigration cases
• Client support and coordination tasks
• Legal consultations and procedural work

We are committed to long‐term, daily cooperation with consistent interaction.

What We Are Looking For

• Volljurist with a law degree obtained in Germany
• Independent practitioner — not a law firm or agency
• Based in Germany
• Fluent in German and Russian — required
• English is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in immigration law (Ausländerrecht)
• We also welcome junior specialists with a relevant focus and strong motivation to grow in migration law.
