Logistics Operations Intern

Job Description:

• Handle daily logistics RFQ requests, consolidate vendor quotations, and track shipment status.
• Maintain logistics and warehousing records, including inbound/outbound documentation, arrival confirmation, and POD (Proof of Delivery) archival.
• Support periodic reviews of central warehouse and consignment warehouse inventory levels; track inventory discrepancies and exceptions.
• Document cargo damage and loss incidents during warehousing and transportation; follow up on claim settlement progress.
• Assist in submission and approval of internal warehouse and logistics processes; track follow-up actions to closure.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with European warehouses, logistics service providers, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for ad-hoc warehousing and logistics activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); solid data management and basic analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication and follow-up capabilities
• English as working language required; German or other European languages is a strong plus
• Genuine interest in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations; prior relevant internship experience is a plus
