How you will create an impact:

  • Execute day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure on-time material availability for production
  • Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Monitor supplier confirmations, delivery dates, and proactively resolve delays or shortages
  • Coordinate invoice verification and resolve price or quantity discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier data to ensure high ERP data quality
  • Support supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

What are we looking for:

  • Degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, or business
  • 1 - 5 years of experience in operational purchasing or supply chain operations (level-dependent)
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and structured working style
  • Clear communication skills for cross-functional and supplier coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
