How you will create an impact:
- Execute day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure on-time material availability for production
- Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Monitor supplier confirmations, delivery dates, and proactively resolve delays or shortages
- Coordinate invoice verification and resolve price or quantity discrepancies
- Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier data to ensure high ERP data quality
- Support supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
What are we looking for:
- Degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, or business
- 1 - 5 years of experience in operational purchasing or supply chain operations (level-dependent)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and structured working style
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional and supplier coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
