As Partnership Account Manager (m/f/d) within our marketing department, you will maximize the value and activation of our international partnerships to strategically develop the Lidl-Trek brand.
Key responsibilities:
● Strategic and operational management and further development of a portfolio of top international partners of Lidl-Trek for long-term customer retention and development of new upselling potential
● End-to-end governance of contractual rights management, ensuring the seamless and optimized delivery of all partnership assets across social media, content, PR, events, and hospitality through close cross-functional alignment.
● Driving the conceptualization, budget control, and flawless delivery of innovative brand activation campaigns that resonate with target audiences and maximize partnership value
● Conceptual design and operational management of first-class on-site hospitality programs at race events, including personal on-site support for partners, organization of exclusive VIP experiences and subsequent budget and invoice control
● Delivering advanced performance tracking, ROI analytics, and management reporting to continuously optimize activations, while leveraging global best practices to strategically xbzrezb scale the partnership portfolio
Profile:
● Professional experience in account management in professional sports or entertainment
● Completed studies in the field of economics or the sports sector
● Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills, combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
● Analytical way of thinking paired with an independent working style
● Fluent in English; German is a bonus
● Willingness to travel within Europe
