Product Designer (m/f/d) for AIRBUS

Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Product Designer (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Main Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes in the Services perimeter to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for digital optimization
• Map current processes and design future-state workflows to align with digitalization goals
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design features
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support the adoption of digital solutions
• Collaborate with departments of Digital and Data Readiness Center to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable
• Work experience as a Product Designer / Application Designer / Business Analyst or similar, with a focus on process improvement and digitalization
• Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis and change management
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives in complex organizations
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for process analysis (e.g., Visio, BPMN, or similar) and in MS-Office
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Toolsuite)
• Experience with PLM Systems, ERP systems, RPA tools, or AI-driven process improvement platforms is nice to have
• Knowledge of Customer and Product Support Services is an advantage
• Fluent English skills
• German knowledge is desirable
