Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product requirements, backlog prioritization, and delivery within a Railway Rolling Stock environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong Agile Product Ownership skills with technical knowledge of industrial switches, railway electronics, and product industrialization. The role requires close collaboration with development teams, partners, and international stakeholders to deliver products aligned with business, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven Product Owner experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong Railway Rolling Stock domain knowledge, including EN 50155.
• Knowledge of industrial switches and industrial networking products.
• Working knowledge of Industrial Cybersecurity / IEC 62443.
• Technical understanding of thermal simulation, product variants, IP sealing, power supplies, and product industrialization.
• Experience with requirements management, Design-to-CoGS, and product certifications (CE, FCC, UL).
• Strong backlog, stakeholder, risk, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Fluent English required; German is preferred.
