For its Hamburg location, we are seeking a compelling leadership personality as Senior Commercial Manager (m/f/d). The tasks You
lead the strategic and operational development of a key pan-European omnichannel account , driving sustainable revenue and profit growth. You hold
responsibility for the overall commercial performance
(sales, profitability, pricing) and develop integrated activation strategies to increase demand and customer loyalty. You
manage cross-country customer strategies, lead central negotiations
and ensure the consistent execution of joint business and growth plans. You
optimize omnichannel performance across all relevant touchpoints
(e-commerce, digital and instore visibility, media, conversion). You
collaborate closely with international, cross-functional teams
and foster effective cooperation as well as the sharing of best practices across markets. You
build strategic relationships with key decision-makers , position your company as a preferred partner, and continuously identify new growth opportunities. The role involves
regular travel within Europe
to ensure close alignment with key stakeholders and markets. Your profile You hold a
degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification , alternatively a commercial background with relevant experience. You bring solid
experience in Key Account Management
within the
consumer goods
sector (ideally FMCG). You have a proven track record in building and developing
strategic retail partnerships , with deep expertise in
brick-and-mortar retail , customer development, category growth and the
effective integration of e-commerce
and omnichannel initiatives. You are experienced in working within
international corporate structures
and managing complex, cross-functional organizations across multiple markets. This is a highly collaborative matrix
role without direct disciplinary leadership, requiring strong stakeholder management skills
across multiple markets. You have strong
negotiation skills
and
relationship management capabilities . You are
fluent in German and English
