Senior Head of Organic Content Marketing

Dormont Manufacturing CoDeutschland
Gehalt: Von 97.800,00 € bis 166.261,00 €

Are you a senior content operator and leader?

And when you hear of the challenge of building and leading a world-class organic media machine that needs to grow from 1.5M followers to 10M followers in the next 24 months... does that excite you?

If so - working alongside our founder Richard Yu and our company Impact Clients might just be your dream role...

Now, to be clear:

This is not a social media manager role.

This is not a “make posts and schedule content” job.

This is not a gig or a short-term contractor position.

We’re looking for a true executive, owner of tasks, and team builder who can grow to become a partner in our portfolio of companies.

Our Company Mission: To help ordinary people build extraordinary businesses online, and teach them the mindset and skills necessary to not just to make money, but more importantly to improve in all aspects of their lives.

Who We Are: We are an online education company that teaches people (9-5ers, busy parents, university students, etc) how to build thriving online digital product businesses.

Why We Are Looking For This Role: Richard and our team have grown our social media accounts to 1.5M+ followers (Over 1 million on Instagram @richardyuzee (feel free to look), Richard Yu on Youtube (150K+ subscribers)... and we use organic content (meaning NO advertising or boosting posts) to drive leads (customers and qualified booked calls) to our coaching programs and digital software services that we offer.

You are essentially building the “Traffic Engine” that will supply our company with unlimited amounts of leads so our company can continue to serve and impact more and more people through the coaching and software products that we offer.

We strongly believe that income is a reflection of the impact we make on this world, and so through our content we aspire to positively impact 10M followers in the next 24 months.

We are intentionally shifting away from paid growth on social and moving 100% organic-first.

This role will own that transformation as the key leader, operator, and soon business partner in our company.

Current Context

  • Instagram account with ~1M followers, generating multiple seven figures per year. https://www.instagram.com/richardyuzee/
  • Two YouTube channels:
    • Personal brand / vlog-style channel (~150K subs). https://www.youtube.com/@RichardYu1
    • Business education channel (~40K subs in <90 days). https://www.youtube.com/@RichardYuBusiness
  • Existing team members: Dedicated Instagram copywriter, Dedicated Instagram video editor, YouTube scriptwriter / channel owner, Graphic Designer, Two Video Editors.
  • Marketing Leadership Team: CEO and Founder (Richard Yu), COO, Head of Marketing (paid media side).

Your Mission

Build, scale, and lead the entire organic content ecosystem—starting with Instagram, then expanding outward into YouTube, short‐form platforms, and written platforms—while earning the trust, respect, and performance of a growing content team.

Phase-Based Responsibilities Phase 1: Instagram Organic (Immediate Priority)

You will personally own Instagram organic growth end-to-end.

  • Conduct viral content research to find the most viral and trending content that exists
  • Write word for word teleprompter scripts for Richard to read off of when filming content
  • Write or approve copy direction
  • Review and direct short‐form video execution
  • Work closely with the Instagram copywriter and editor
  • Define KPIs (retention, saves, shares, profile visits, follows, revenue impact)
  • Ensure content is natively optimized (no ads, no boosting)

You must deeply understand Instagram before you can lead it.

Phase 2: Instagram + YouTube

Once Instagram is operating at a high level:

  • You will oversee both Instagram and YouTube
  • The YouTube channel owner and scriptwriter will report to you
  • You must understand:
    • Long‐form retention
    • Thumbnails and titles
    • Watch time and session growth
    • Content packaging for education‐based channels

We do not believe in leaders who “manage” channels they don’t understand.

Phase 3: External Traffic - Podcast Interviews and Speaking

Once IG and Youtube systems are set up and growing at a consistent pace of 100K/month new followers on IG and 30K/month new subscribers on Youtube, you will own the expansion to getting Richard on well known top 50 podcasts to be interviewed by key thought leaders.

  • This is key to helping Richard cross‐pollinate with the audiences of other people’s YT channels, podcasts, etc.,
  • This way, we are able to gain 10,000+ new followers per month from OTHER people’s audiences instead of relying only on our own growth

Phase 4: Short‐Form Expansion (FB + TikTok)

You will expand organic distribution to:

  • Facebook (organic, not ads)
  • TikTok

This is not copy‐paste repurposing from Instagram videos. Each platform has unique nuances, and you must be able to understand what they are and build a team, realistically growing or hiring a Head of FB/TK and coaching them up to excellence.

You must understand:

  • Platform‐native hooks
  • CTA differences
  • Formatting nuances
  • Audience psychology differences

Phase 5: Written Platforms (X + LinkedIn)

You will eventually oversee:

  • X (Twitter)
  • LinkedIn (a major priority)

This includes ghostwriting in the founder’s voice, narrative‐based authority content, and business storytelling.

Leadership Expectations

  • Hire and negotiate compensation
  • Train and develop talent
  • Run effective meetings
  • Hold people accountable to output and performance
  • Work with agencies short-term (3–6 months), learn from them, then build in‐house

This is an operator role, not an individual contributor role—though you must still have a strong personal content skillset.

Who This Role Is For

  • You have led organic growth before
  • You’ve worked with creators or brands at hundreds of thousands to millions of followers
  • You want to build something massive—not just manage tasks
  • You’re comfortable with ownership, accountability, and pressure
  • You want to be a long‐term partner, not a short‐term hire

Requirements Required: A Content Superpower

You must clearly know your core creative superpower, such as:

  • Cinematic videography / shooting
  • Elite video editing / storytelling
  • High‐conversion copywriting / ghostwriting
  • Visual direction / creative strategy

You do not need to be great at everything—but you must be exceptional at something.

In‐Person Preference (Strongly Preferred, Not Mandatory)

  • Can travel 1–2x per month to shoot content with Richard
  • Are comfortable being on‐location for filming
  • Can work closely with editors and/or an on‐site videographer who does the shooting.

NOTE: If you are not able to travel at all - this is totally understandable, and you will own the end to end hiring, training, and ongoing management of an onsite videographer. We are okay if we have to fly in a videographer every week, though it would be ideal to have someone local in Puerto Rico to shoot with Richard.

Richard’s expectations is that we shoot a full day every single week on Tuesdays with a videographer so we always have sufficient content.

Richard is based in Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico (you’re encouraged to look it up).

Travel is not mandatory, but it is a major advantage.

Global Vision (Optional Upside)

  • Expansion into Spanish‐speaking markets
  • Expansion into Chinese‐speaking markets

If you speak Spanish or Mandarin, this is a strong plus.

Benefits

Compensation is flexible and merit‐based.

  • Entry‐level leadership: $6,000–$8,000/month
  • Senior, proven operators: $10,000 - $17,000+/month (with even higher upside, described below)
  • Performance‐based growth expected

This role is designed to evolve into a partner-level position:

  • Potential profit share
  • Potential equity discussions after ~12 months
  • Exposure to software companies already valued at multiple eight figures

This is performance‐dependent, not guaranteed.
