Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions based on user stories, including comprehensive testing, code reviews, and efficient troubleshooting
Take the role of leading software development by guiding and mentoring developers, sharing best practices, and supporting technical decision-making
Planning, distribution and coordination of work packages, with active involvement in sprint meetings
Perform software implementations and commissioning, as well as continuously maintain and improve SCADA environments to ensure seamless integration of machines into the SCADA systems
Validation activities and create high-quality technical documentation in compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Bachelor’s degree or higher (University/FH) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in software development
Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET and Git
Ability to mentor and support developers, provide technical guidance, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and DevOps tools; experience with SCADA, MES, or automation systems is an advantage
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented team player with excellent German and English communication skills and a hands-on mindset
