Ihre Aufgaben Advantest is seeking a Director, Product Engineering & Quality within the SoC Test Supply Chain Organization to lead distributed electrical and mechanical Product Engineering teams. In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure scalable, standardized, and cost-effective Product Engineering execution across an outsourced supply chain. You will drive quality, cost, delivery, and new product introduction objectives through close collaboration with globally distributed R&D teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. Furthermore, you will provide leadership for initiatives that improve product quality, accelerate time-to-market, time-to-volume, strengthen supplier performance, and enhance long-term product competitiveness. Your Responsibilities Ensure product and manufacturing readiness to meet quality, volume, and delivery commitments. Lead SoC Test SC Division NPI execution to achieve roadmap, time-to-market (TTM), time-to-volume (TTV), quality, and cost objectives. Ensure team capability development and efficiency gains of the organization through standardization and process orientation. Strengthen collaboration and alignment across Product Engineering, R&D, PMO, Supply Chain, and Suppliers/CMs. Drive product quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
