In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure scalable, standardized, and cost-effective Product Engineering execution across an outsourced supply chain. You will drive quality, cost, delivery, and new product introduction objectives through close collaboration with globally distributed R&D teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. Furthermore, you will provide leadership for initiatives that improve product quality, accelerate time-to-market, time-to-volume, strengthen supplier performance, and enhance long-term product competitiveness. Your Responsibilities Ensure product and manufacturing readiness to meet quality, volume, and delivery commitments. Lead SoC Test SC Division NPI execution to achieve roadmap, time-to-market (TTM), time-to-volume (TTV), quality, and cost objectives. Ensure team capability development and efficiency gains of the organization through standardization and process orientation. Strengthen collaboration and alignment across Product Engineering, R&D, PMO, Supply Chain, and Suppliers/CMs. Drive product quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. Lead complex NPI, qualification, and multi-sourcing programs to support business growth and supply chain resilience. Ensure sustainable product ownership across the full product lifecycle, including quality improvements, cost optimization, and end-of-life support. Ensure strategic internal alignment with stakeholder functions and set clear objectives, priorities, and accountability within the team and your team managers.## Ihr ProfilEssential Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments. Proven track record leading NPI programs and cross-functional engineering initiatives. Strong collaboration skills across R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers. Strong understanding of V93K manufacturing processes, test strategies, quality systems, and KPI-driven performance management. Experience driving product quality improvements, cost reduction, and lifecycle management. Knowledge of semiconductor products, electronics manufacturing, supplier management, and SoC markets. Experience in leading problem-solving initiatives.
