Ihre Aufgaben Advantest is seeking a Director, Engineering Excellence Center within the V93K SoC Test Supply Chain Organization to lead teams focused on data analytics & metrology, engineering process development, program management, and PCBA technologies. In this strategic leadership role, you will establish standardized ways of working, KPIs, governance frameworks, and harmonized toolchains that enable scalable, quality-focused and data-driven execution across Product Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D and suppliers. You will drive organizational excellence by creating common processes, clear interfaces, and aligned requirements that reduce dependency on individual expertise, accelerate onboarding, and improve global execution consistency. One focus area will be to provide leadership guidance for major cross-functional programs that deliver breakthrough improvements in product quality, cost of poor quality, and operational efficiency.
